Overview

kinographers.club respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond promptly to properly submitted takedown notices. All user-uploaded content is automatically deleted once the viewing room has been empty for 10 minutes.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content hosted on kinographers.club infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. The URL or other specific location on the Service where the material you claim is infringing is located. Provide enough detail so we can find and identify it.
  3. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly.
  • Make a good faith effort to notify the user who uploaded the content, if identifiable.

Note: all content on kinographers.club is automatically deleted once the room has been empty for 10 minutes, so infringing material has a very limited window of availability.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to block from sources that are identified as repeat infringers.
