Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly.
- Make a good faith effort to notify the user who uploaded the content, if identifiable.
Note: all content on kinographers.club is automatically deleted once the room has been empty for 10 minutes, so infringing material has a very limited window of availability.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to block from sources that are identified as repeat infringers.
